Shipping policy

Ordered products are shipped Mon-Fri except public holidays.

Items will be dispatched same day if order is received by 2pm, or on next working day.

You will be notified when your order is dispatched by email or SMS.

Royal Mail 1^st Class Tracked Delivery will be used for for all UK, Europe & Worldwide orders.

Typical postage rates are:

UK and Ireland £4.95  for standard packages, £9.95 for the heavier Skinade packages

Worldwide £9.95 for standard packages and £14.95 for heavier packages up to 10kg and £24.95 for packages over 10kg. (coming soon)

Shipping will be calculated and added to your order at checkout.

We ship our products world wide.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a refund.

We can arrange click and collect from our Newry or Slieve Donard clinics. Please contact us first directly at orders@dr-emma.co.uk if you wish to organise.
